Kelly Zuccarelli has been a member of NJBA and NJSBA since 1998. With a talent for putting clients at ease and an expertise that speaks to many years in the business, Ms. Zuccarelli is the driving force behind American Advantage Mortgage Company. In addition to time spent in the business, Ms. Zuccarelli is an industry leader. She serves on the board of directors for the New Jersey Builder’s Association, for which she is also a trustee on the Builders Political Action Committee.

Ms. Zuccarelli also serves on the board of the Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey, and is a two-term past vice president of Associates. She is a member of the Ocean County Board of Realtors and is a Charter Member of the Ocean County Women’s Council of Realtors.

Ms. Zuccarelli’s dedication to the association is evident in the many awards she has received to date. She’s a recipient of the NJSBA Jack Meyer Rookie of the Year Award in 2000 and was the NJSBA Associate of the Year in 2002. She received the NJBA Ironman Award in 2003 and was named the NJBA Associate of the Year in 2004. She continues to work hard for the Association by serving as Chair for the Associates Committee and Shore and Co-Chair of the Ad Journal Committee, Shore’s largest fundraising arm.

Her company is a sponsor of numerous Little League, Pop Warner and Lacey High School events, and she is active in the community where she has lived for 34 years. For the past eight years, she has volunteered her time to instruct religious education classes at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church and each year runs a food drive at her company to help aid the Lacey Food Bank.

Ms. Zuccarelli resides with her husband, Tony, and their three children, Alyssa, Briana, and Patrick in Lacey Township.
