Mr. Patron is a second-generation builder and developer with over 30 years of general residential development experience that includes a rich history of redevelopment and residentially driven mixed-use expertise. Mr. Patron has spoken regionally and nationally on such topics as redevelopment and urban mixed-use. As President and CEO of Paradigm Realty Alliance, Mr. Patron utilizes his reputation and working relationships with both private and public real estate companies, each possessing specific expertise, to position the Paradigm projects for the highest probability of success. Additionally, his responsibilities include identifying urban and suburban residential development opportunities and real estate trends throughout the Northeast. Mr. Patron oversees contract negotiations, positioning of the development opportunity and/or investment interest, securing approvals and entitlements, structuring strategic partnerships and the eventual development or disposition of the projects.

Prior to founding Paradigm Realty Alliance, Mr. Patron was Executive Vice President and Partner of Matrix Residential Properties, LLC.
