BPAC Contribution Corporation
Under ELEC regulations, the maximum contribution amount allowable to the Builders Political Action Committee (BPAC)
from an individual, corporation, or association is $14,400 per year. Contributions or gifts to political organizations are not
deductible as charitable contributions in accordance with Internal Revenue Code 6113.
Contributions received from a corporation require BPAC report the corporation name, address and amount of contribution.
