The Builders Political Action Committee of New Jersey (BPAC) is a voluntary, not-for-profit, unincorporated committee that represents the many New Jersey-based firms that work every day to promote, protect and improve the building industry in the State. BPAC is a critical tool in helping spread the pro-builder message of the New Jersey Builders Association, the leading trade organization for the construction industry that includes residential and commercial builders, developers, remodelers, subcontractors, suppliers, engineers, architects, consultants and other professionals involved in housing and building-related fields. The role of BPAC is to assist in the election of individuals that support housing and the building industry in New Jersey. Its Board of Trustees consists of members from the four affiliated local builders associations and is bipartisan in its support of pro-housing candidates.
BPAC strives to achieve improved policies impacting the building industry by educating and promoting these interests to the State’s decision makers. BPAC helps to facilitate a more active and effective role for industry members and encourages delegates to organize themselves for more successful political action and civic engagement. BPAC supports candidates for election to public office who have demonstrated their unique capacity, understanding and willingness to improve housing and living conditions in New Jersey by stimulating housing production and related construction activity. Additionally, BPAC works to educate members of the industry on critical construction and housing-related issues. BPAC raises funds, makes contributions and works tirelessly to attain the purposes and goals stated above.
Your financial support plays an essential role in ensuring BPAC remains an effective and unified voice in Trenton.
